2. Teil Bericht aus Haiti vom 12.9. bis 15.9.2015
Wir fahren nochmals alle auf die Baustelle, öffnen alle Container und es wird für Montag 'Tabularasa' entschieden. In jedem der 3 Container ist 'Saustall' und es ist ein Dauerthema dass es keine Schubkarren gibt. Wir haben aber 3 die man einfach nur Reparieren muss.
Am Montag ist endlich ein Pavillon soweit, dass Farah dort im Depot die Regale aufbauen kann. Neue Erfahrung für die Lehrer, wie funktioniert das.Aufbau eines Regals 1 Tag mit 5 Personen, aber es klappt. Es werden unsere Trommeln, Rasseln und Reibeisen, sprich unsere Musikinstrumente angeliefert. Gleichzeitig kommen auf einem Moped 2 gut gekleidete Personen.
Sind der und die Inspektoren der Region vom Kultusministerium für die Schulen. Eigentlich sind sie nicht für Kindergarten zuständig, das wäre ein Madame Mod aus Hinche, aber sie wollen trotzdem das Projekt und die Lehrer 'prüfen'.
Ich denke, Farah machte mit ihnen einen guten 'Job'. Wollen wieder kommen, sobald der Kindergarten startet. Es beginnt gleichzeitig das große Räumen in den Containern, ich habe einen extremen Respekt für den Mann der die 300 Zementsäcke umlädt. Jonas ist für das Projekt verantwortlich. Guivens kümmert sich um die Gambione um die Straße trocken zu legen. Wobei schon alleine als die Kanäle gebuddelt waren, alles trocken wurde.
Die Kuh entbindet, Farino ist aufgeregt, da der Mutterkuchen noch nicht ausgeschieden ist, wir würden einen Tierarzt benötigen. Er hängt an die Nabelschnur, die bei der Kuh raushängt einen Stein und wir hoffen. Tierarzt gibt es nur im nächsten Ort. Es kommen um 13 Uhr die beiden Direktoren der Nachbarschulen und wir packen gemeinsam die 13 Kartons Schulbücher aus, sind ca. 1200 Stück!!! Sortieren alles nach Titeln und stellen fest, dass 4 Serien aus verschiedenen Kartons nicht angeliefert wurden. Für mich heute ein Traumjob mit der Druckerei zu streiten. Transportiere die Kartons in die 2 Schulen und die Direktoren sind wirklich dankbar. Jeder hat nun noch 2000 US $ die er nach seinem Bedarf abrufen kann. Einer will die Toilette für die
Schüler fertigbauen, beide konnten bisher noch nicht die Gehälter des letzten Schuljahres bezahlen.... 
Baue mit Guerino eine provisorische Handwaschstation für die Kinder, damit er weiss was es ist. Kann es sich eigentlich nicht vorstellen. Jetzt mit den Tonnen für den Urin, nochmals mit dem Team letzte Planung für die Toiletten. Ich denke es kann klappen. Dienstag, letzter Tag. Es müssen die Arbeitsverträge mit den Lehrern besprochen und unterschrieben werden. Lange Diskussionen. Es ist richtig, 20 % des Gehaltes geht für den Transport drauf, verspreche, dass wir es in Deutschland diskutieren und hier eine Lösung suchen werden. Farah und Guerino überarbeiten nochmals die Liste, der eingeschriebenen Kinder. Wir haben wohl pro Klasse 3 zu viel.
Herr Olfs meldet sich, dass nun diese Woche der Transport der Solaranlage möglich sei.
