Neues von Litradukt - Kleinverlag für Literatur aus der Karibik, speziell aus Haiti
Liebe Haiti-Freunde,
es gibt wieder einige Neuigkeiten aus vom Litradukt in Trier
Die Autorin Maryse Condé wurde für ihr Gesamtwerk der alternative Nobelpreis 2018 verliehen (der reguläre Nobelpreis für Literatur wird in diesem Jahr nicht vergeben). Der Bayerische Rundfunk strahlt aus diesem Anlass in der Reihe "Das offene Buch" eine zweiteilige Sendung zu Maryse Condé mit Auszügen aus dem Roman "Victoire" sowie einem aktuellen Telefoninterview der Autorin aus. Der erste Teil wurde am 2.12. gesendet, man kann ihn unter folgendem Link als Podcast nachhören: https://www.br.de/radio/bayern2/programmkalender/ausstrahlung-1587946.html
Der zweite Teil wird von Bayern 2 am 9.12. (dem Tag der Preisverleihung) von 12.30 bis 13.00 Uhr ausgestrahlt.
Zu den ersten Büchern von Litradukt gehörte "Das Lachen Haitis" von Georges Anglade. Als es Ende 2008 erschien, konnte niemand ahnen, dass es durch Anglades tragischen Tod beim Erdbeben vom 12.1.2010 zu seinem literarischen Vermächtnis werden sollte. Nachdem das Buch einige Zeit nicht lieferbar war, ist es seit Ende November in einer überarbeiteten Übersetzung und erweitert um ein Vorwort von Cornelius Wüllenkemper wieder erhältlich.

Louis-Philippe Dalembert, der sich zurzeit als Samuel-Fischer-Gastprofessor an der Freien Universität Berlin aufhält, wird am 7. Dezember um 19.00 Uhr in der französischen Buchhandlung Zadig (Linienstr. 141, 10115 Berlin-Mitte) eine Lesung aus seinem Roman "Avant que les ombres s'éffacent" (in französischer Sprache) geben, siehe https://www.swediteur.com/auteur_rencontres.php?id=84.
Gary Victors neuer Krimi "Im Namen des Katers" (Original: W ap konn Georges) erscheint am 24.Januar. Er wird auf einer Lesereise Ende Januar/Anfang Februar vorgestellt. Geplant sind derzeit folgende Stationen
